论全民参与式的图书馆数字文化资源开发利用策略

Research on Development and Utilization Strategy of Digital Cultural Resources of Libraries with Public Participation

图书馆作为社会大众生活、学习的重要场所,能够为社会大众提供丰富的文化教育服务,是开展公共文化教育的主要阵地之一。文章在简要分析全民参与式的图书馆数字文化资源开发利用应遵循适用性、开放性及特色性原则的基础上,提出应重视结构问题、平台问题和安全问题,认为应从强化用户参与、重视联结用户和创新服务模式3个方面落实数字文化资源开发利用工作,并从意识、经费和人才等方面予以保障。

As an important place for the public to live and study,libraries can provide rich cultural and educational services for the public,and is one of the main positions to carry out public cultural education.Based on a brief analysis on the principles of applicability,openness and characteristics that should be followed in the development and utilization of digital cultural resources in libraries with public participation,this article put forward that we should pay attention to the problems of structure,platform and security,and that we should implement the development and utilization of digital cultural resources from the three aspects of strengthening the participation of users,attaching importance to the connection of users and innovating the service mode,and guarantee from the aspects of consciousness,funds and talents.
