Development Trends of Resources,Services and Technology of Future Libraries

通过内容分析法、实地调研法及问卷调查法,分析传统图书馆、现代图书馆及未来图书馆在资源建设、服务内容、技术应用方面的发展变化,预测未来图书馆的发展趋势。电子资源潮流势不可挡,资源建设以需求为导向的采购模式成为主流,纸电资源同步采购,编目工作前置;服务方面用户研究将成为重点,通过建立模型及数据清洗,分析学科发展趋势,助力人才资源库建设;图书管理平台进入第三代平台,其主要特征是以用户驱动为导向、开放存取、不受接口限制、个性化选择各类需求功能;体验经济时代,各类新型技术引进,满足用户高层次情感体验。

This article analyzed the development and changes of traditional libraries,modern libraries and future libraries from resource construction,service contents and technology application through the content analysis,field research and questionnaire survey,in order to predict the development trends of future libraries.It concluded the following trends.First,the electronic resources trend is unstoppable.The demand driven acquisition mode should become the mainstream in resource construction,and the synchronous acquisition of paper and electricity resources should be conducted,and cataloguing work should be conducted in advance.Second,library services should attach importance to user study through establishing models and data cleaning,and analyzing the development trend of disciplines and help the construction of talent pool.Third,the thirdgeneration library service platform is coming,whose main characteristics are user-driven,open access,free API,and flexible choice of personalized functions.Finally,in service economy era,libraries should introduce various new technologies to satisfy users’high-level emotional experience.
