针刺治疗脓毒症胃肠功能障碍临床研究进展

Clinical Research Progress in Acupuncture Treatment of Gastrointestinal Dysfunction in Sepsis

脓毒症多为各类感染引起的全身炎症反应,可进一步发展为多器官损伤与脓毒性休克,是重症患者死亡的主要因素,其中大部分患者会伴发胃肠功能障碍,对患者营养状态、精神状态、预后有着重要的影响。随着针刺在重症脓毒症方面的研究与运用不断深入,发现其对于胃肠功能障碍有着良好的疗效,在改善胃肠道症状的基础上,可抑制炎症因子分泌、调节胃肠道激素分泌、保护肠屏障、改善局部及全身免疫状态,值得临床进一步推广及深入地研究。

Sepsis is mostly a systemic inflammatory reaction caused by various infections,which can further develop into multi-organ injury and septic shock.It is a major factor in the death of critically ill patients.Most of these patients would be accompanied by gastrointestinal dysfunction,which has an important impact on the nutritional status,mental status and prognosis of patients.With the deepening of research and application of acupuncture in severe sepsis,it has been found that acupuncture has good efficacy for gastrointestinal dysfunction.On the basis of improving gastrointestinal symptoms,acupuncture can inhibit the secretion of inflammatory factors,regulate the secretion of gastrointestinal hormones,protect the intestinal barrier,and improve the local and systemic immune status,which is worthy of further clinical promotion and in-depth study.
