摘要
为有效控制地铁施工成本,提高企业经营效果,结合佛山轨道交通二号线项目的成本管理经验,论文在项目部施工成本管理方面提出了几项措施和建议,以供参考。
In order to effectively control the construction cost of themetro and improve the operation effect of the enterprise,combining with the project cost management of the Foshan metro line 2,this paper puts forward several measures and suggestions for the construction cost management of the project departmen.
