This paper analyzes the key points of elevator installation and construction management,and puts forward three countermeasures:managers should make good preparations in the early stage of construction,ensure the quality in the construction process and improve the strictness of elevator inspection.It makes clear the main aspects of technical management in elevator installation.In order to realize the fine management of elevator installation construction,the precision control of elevator floor door installation,the strength control of ground bar and elevator quality inspection technology are analyzed.
