随着我国经济的快速发展,各高校根据需要设置了一些新的专业,因此,学生的数量也在不断增加,也由此出现了非常多的学校建筑工程。而建筑工程的施工质量会影响教学质量以及人们的生命和财产安全。因此,如何保障建筑工程的质量值得深入研究。论文主要结合某学校建筑工程项目,对其施工管理难点和特点进行分析,并提出应对措施,以供参考。

With the rapid development ofChina's economy,colleges and universities have set up some newmajors according to their needs.As a result,the number of students is also increasing,and there are a lot of school construction projects.And the construction quality of construction projects will affect the quality of teaching,as well as the safety of people's lives and property.Therefore,how to guarantee the quality of construction projects is worth further study.This paper mainly combines the construction project of a school,analyzes the difficulties and characteristics of its constructionmanagement,and puts forward countermeasures for reference.
