In project cost control,contract is an important basis,the total project cost should be controlled within the scope of contract budget.This paper mainly analyzes the contract management in the project cost control,focusing on the way of contract management,application conditions and scope,so as to timely dealwith various problems andmatters in the project construction process through scientific and reasonable contractmanagement,control the project costwithin the scope of the budget,increase the economic benefits of the enterprise.
