摘要
以丙烯酸酯为原料,采用紫外光引发聚合制备具有一定黏度的预聚物,随后采用光和热双重固化的方法,获得本体法聚丙烯酸酯压敏胶,考察了二官能度异氰酸酯交联剂用量对其压敏性能的影响。旋转黏度计测定了预聚物的黏度;索氏提取法测定产物的凝胶含量;通过凝胶渗透色谱表征了可溶部分聚合物的相对分子质量;动态力学热分析研究了聚合物的黏弹性,并测定该压敏胶的性能,包括初黏力、剥离力和持黏强度。结果表明,丙烯酸酯单体全部参与反应;当丙烯酸羟乙酯(HEA)含量为10%、丙烯酸丁酯(BA)与丙烯酸(AA)的质量比为92∶8、异氰酸酯(KL-1202)含量为0.1%时,压敏胶的综合性能最好。
The acrylate prepolymers were prepared by bulk polymerization using UV irradiation and then cured by UV photoinitiation and thermo-crosslinking process to get the pressure sensitive adhesives(PSAs).The influence of difunctional isocyanate content on the structures and properties of the resulting PSAs was discussed.The viscosity of the prepolymer was measured by rotational viscometer.The gel content was examined by Soxhlet extraction and the molecular weight of soluble parts of PSAs was characterized by GPC.The molecular motion of the polymer was determined by dynamic mechanical analysis(DMA).Moreover,fundamental adhesive performance involving loop tack force,peel force and shear resistance of PSAs were measured.The results show that all acrylate monomers are participated in the polymerization.When the content of 2-hydroxyethyl acrylate(HEA)is 10%,the mass ratio of butyl acrylate(BA)and acrylic acid(AA)is 92∶8,and the content of difunctional isocyanate(KL-1202)is 0.1%,the optimal adhesive properties of polyacrylic PSAs could be obtained.
