高分子材料在乳腺癌术后乳房假体重建中的应用进展

Progress of Polymer Materials Applied as Prosthetic Implant for Breast Reconstruction After Breast Cancer

在乳腺癌术后乳房重建的主要方法中,假体植入因其并发症少、安全方便等优点,已成为近年来的研究热点。在假体植入材料中,高分子材料具有质量轻、价格便宜、可塑性高、生物相容性好等优势,是最有前景的假体植入材料。用于乳腺癌术后乳房假体重建的高分子材料主要有人工合成高分子假体材料、天然高分子假体材料、高分子材料补片等,文中评述了这3种高分子材料的应用现状及研究进展,介绍了高分子硅橡胶假体的常见并发症,并进一步探讨了该领域的发展趋势。

Among the main methods of breast reconstruction after breast cancer surgery,prosthesis implantation has become a research hotspot in recent years due to its advantages of less complications,safety and convenience.Polymer materials have the advantages of light mass,low price,high plasticity and good biocompatibility,are the most promising prosthetic implant materials.In this paper,the application status and research progress of synthetic polymer prosthesis,natural polymer prosthesis and polymer patch for breast reconstruction after breast cancer surgery were reviewed,the common complications of polymer silicone rubber prosthesis were introduced,and the development trend of this field was further prospected.
