中亚国家纺织服装行业比较分析

Comparative analysis of textile and garment industries in Central Asian countries

基于从美国农业部(USDA)、世界银行及国家标准化网站获得的相关数据,对中亚国家纺织产业、贸易及标准进行比较分析。结果表明,在纺织服装领域,中亚国家遵循俄罗斯国家标准(GOST)体系,但各国在具体的项目制定上存在差异;中亚国家出口以棉及棉加工产品为主,主要进口纺织生产设备;作为世界产棉区,中亚国家的棉花产业呈缩减趋势,并期望通过国际投资合作的方式促进该产业的发展。

Based on the relevant data obtained from the United States department of agriculture(USDA),the World Bank,and the national standardization website,the textile industry,trade and standards of Central Asian countries were compared and analyzed.The results of analysis indicated that in the textile and apparel field,the standard systems followed by Central Asian countries were all from the GOST standard system,but there were differences in project formulation between the countries.Central Asian countries mainly exported cotton and cotton products processed,and imported textile production equipment.As the world s cotton production regions,the cotton industry of Central Asian countries had a shrinking trend,and international investment cooperation was expected to promote their industrial development.
