摘要
教育事业关乎百年大计,关乎文明传承,更关乎民族未来。新时代坚持中国特色社会主义落实到教育根基,需要思政课教学改革创新、锐意进取。思政课教师肩负办好思政课崇高责任和光荣使命,必须科学分析思政课教学过程中的师生角色,准确把握思政课教师主导性与学生主体性的辩证统一关系。广大思政课教师要自觉坚定马克思主义指导地位不动摇,根据时代要求创新思政课教学方式方法,提升自身素养妥善应对新的挑战,统筹考虑师生间的良性互动关系,从而使思政课教学实现主导性与主体性相统一时确保具有正确政治立场作为根本保证、具有现代教育技术和教学方法作为支撑条件、具有先进师资队伍作为内驱动力、具有和谐人际关系作为重要保障。
Education is not only related to the long-term plan,the inheritance of civilization,but also to the future of the nation.In the new era,to adhere to socialism with Chinese characteristics as the foundation of education,we ought to innovate and forge ahead in the teaching reform of ideological and political courses.The teachers of ideological and political courses,who shoulder the lofty responsibility and glorious mission of“running ideological and political courses well”,must scientifically analyze the roles of teachers and students in the teaching process of ideological and political courses,and accurately grasp the dialectical and unified relationship between teachers’dominance and students’subjectivity.The teachers of ideological and political education should consciously strengthen the guiding position of Marxism,innovate the teaching ways and methods of ideological and political theory courses according to the requirements of the times,improve their quality to properly meet with new challenges,and consider the positive interaction between teachers and students as a whole.So that the unity of teachers’dominance and students’subjectivity in the teaching of the ideological and political theory courses can have a fundamentally political guarantee,modern technical supporting conditions,an advanced internal driving force,and a harmonious interpersonal relationship.
