校长自我效能感、学习投入、办学自主权对校长领导力的影响 ——基于5省15市的实证调查 被引量:8

摘要 提升校长领导力是建设高素质校长队伍,提高学校办学质量,实现学校内涵发展的关键。运用5省共15市(县)437份校长数据,探析了中小学校长领导力的影响因素。研究发现,在控制其他变量的情况下,校长的自我效能感、学习投入以及所拥有的办学自主权对校长领导力有显著正向影响。因此,要提升中小学校长领导力,促进校长队伍建设,应完善校长培训体系,培养自我效能感;变革校长学习理念,创设学习型组织;建立权力清单,落实和扩大校长办学自主权。 Improving the leadership of the principal is the key to build a high-quality principal team,improve the quality of schooling and realize the development of the school s connotation.This study investigated 437 principals from 15 cities(counties)in 5 provinces to analyze the influencing factors of primary and secondary school principals’leadership.The results show that in the case of controlling other variables,the principal s self-efficacy,learning input,and ownership of school autonomy have a significant positive impact on the principal s leadership.The enlightenment of this research is that to improve the leadership of primary and secondary school principals and promote the construction of the principal team,the principal training system should be improved,so as to improve self-efficacy;the principal s learning philosophy should be changed,so as to create a learning organization;the power list should be established to implement and expand the principal’s school autonomy.
