摘要
目的:研究感应草石油醚部位的化学组成及其对α-葡萄糖苷酶、α-淀粉酶和二肽基肽酶-4 (DPPIV)的抑制作用。方法:运用气相色谱-质谱(GC-MS)联用仪分析鉴定石油醚部位及甲酯化产物的化学组成,采用酶标板法测定体外抑制作用。结果:从感应草石油醚部位中检出7种成分,从甲酯化产物中检出6种成分,其对α-葡萄糖苷酶的抑制作用较好,对α-淀粉酶和DPP-IV的抑制效果均较弱。结论:感应草石油醚部位的主要成分是脂肪族类,其对α-葡萄糖苷酶有较好抑制作用,发挥作用的主要成分是脂肪酸。
Objectives To study the chemical composition of the petroleum ether part of Biophytum sensitivum and the inhibitory activities againstα-glucosidase,α-amylase and dipeptidyl peptidase-4(DPP-IV).Methods The main chemical components of petroleum ether part and its methylated products were analyzed and identified by gas chromatography-mass spectrometry(GC-MS).The inhibitory activities were measured by enzyme plate method.Results Seven components were identified from the petroleum ether part,and six components were identified from its methylated products.The petroleum ether part showed inhibitory activity againstα-glucosidase,but weak inhibitory activities againstα-amylase and DPP-IV.Conclusions The main component of the petroleum ether part of Biophytum sensitivum is fatty group,and showed inhibitory activity againstα-glucosidase.The main active component was fatty acid.
