中医防治糖尿病早期并发症研究概况

Overview of Traditional Chinese Medicine Research on Prevention and Treatment of Early Complications of Diabetes

糖尿病早期并发症是发展为后期恶性病变的关键环节,故对早期并发症的预防尤为重要,中医在防治糖尿病早期并发症方面具有独特优势。笔者通过查阅整理近年相关文献,对糖尿病早期病变的中医病因病机、病变部位及辨证思维进行总结,以期为糖尿病早期并发症的中医防治提供参考。

Early complications of diabetes are a key link in the progression to later malignant lesions.Therefore,the prevention of early complications is particularly important.Traditional Chinese Medicine has unique advantages in preventing and treating early complications of diabetes.By referring to the relevant literatures in recent years,the author expounds and summarizes the etiology,location and dialectical thinking of early diabetic lesions in TCM.In order to provide a reference for the TCM prevention and treatment of early diabetic complications.
