On Strengthening the Sense of Community of the Chinese Nation from the Perspective of Borderland Governance

特点鲜明的中国边疆是中国统一多民族国家的重要组成部分,历史上积累了丰富的边疆治理经验,奠定了中华民族共同体意识的基础。新中国成立后,创新边疆治理理论和体系,巩固了中华民族共同体,强化了中华民族共同体意识。从边疆治理视角来看,新时代铸牢中华民族共同体意识,既是历代边疆治理的深化和新境界,更是新时代中国治理体系与治理能力现代化的重要体现。

China’s Borderland with distinctive characteristics is an important part of China’s unified multi-ethnic country. It has accumulated rich experience in border governance in history and laid the foundation for the sense of Chinese national community. After the founding of the People’s Republic of China,the frontier governance theory and system were innovated,the Chinese national community was consolidated,and the consciousness of the Chinese national community was strengthened. From the perspective of border governance,to strengthen the sense of Chinese national community in the new era is not only the deepening and new realm of border governance,but also an important embodiment of the modernization of China’s governance system and governance capacity in the new era.
