On Kubilai Khan’s Incorruptible Measures

元世祖忽必烈在位期间,是元朝最强盛的时期。还在潜藩时期,他在所到之处就禁止扰民,执法平恕,黜退贪暴官吏;即位之后,又颁布一系列法令,规定官吏升迁任用条件,禁止侵渔百姓,淘汰冗官,严惩贪官污吏,这些措施成效显著,成为元代政治最清明的时期。

During the reign of Kubilai Khan,the emperor of the Yuan Dynasty,was the most powerful period. In the period of Qianfan,he prohibited disturbing the people,enforced the law,and dismissed the corrupt officials wherever he went. After he ascended the throne,he issued a series of laws and regulations,stipulating the conditions for the promotion and appointment of officials,prohibiting the invasion of the common people,eliminating redundant officials,and severely punishing corrupt officials. These measures achieved remarkable results and became the most clear political period in the Yuan Dynasty.
