加强高等学校思想政治理论课程教师队伍建设是全面落实立德树人根本任务的客观要求,是办好思想政治理论课程的内在要求。影响高等学校思想政治理论课程教师队伍建设的因素包括教师数量不足、队伍结构不尽合理、高端人才匮乏、队伍建设保障力度不足和教师综合素质有待提升等方面。高等学校党委加强思想政治理论课程教师队伍建设领导的思路与对策应该包括以下几个方面:完美顶层设计,科学制定思想政治理论课程教师队伍建设规划;突出引育并举,尽快补齐思想政治理论课程教师数量短板;加强政治建设,切实提高思想政治理论课程教师政治素质;坚持精准施策,切实提升思想政治理论课程教师业务能力;统筹协调推进,切实为思想政治理论课程教师队伍建设创造良好条件。

Enhancing the construction of teaching staff for ideological and political courses in colleges and universities has been an objective requirement for the all-round implementation of the basic task in fostering virtue through education,and an intrinsic demand for the success in the ideological and political courses teaching.Factors affecting the construction of ideological and political courses teaching staff include shortage of teachers,shortage of high-level talents,inadequate supporting efforts,inadequate teachers'overall quality and unbalanced structure of teachers,etc.To improve the construction of teaching staff for ideological and political courses,ideas and strategies adopted for CPC party committee in colleges and universities should include:strengthening the top-level design to make science-based plan for the construction of the teaching staff,integrating talent introduction and talent cultivation to fill in the gap of teacher shortage on an early date,advancing the political development to improve the political quality of the teaching staff in a practical manner,implementing targeted and precise policies to improve the teachers'professional abilities and promoting coordinated implementation to build up favorable conditions for the construction of teaching staff for ideological and political courses.
