小篮球训练中对抗意识的培养分析

Analysis on the Cultivation of Antagonistic Consciousness in Little Basketball Training

近些年来,随着我国体育事业的快速发展,篮球运动也呈现出强对抗发展的趋势,对抗性训练是篮球运动训练中一项重要的内容,通过科学的对抗意识培养,可以在小孩子心中种下对抗意识的种子,这样,在今后参与篮球运动时可以发挥更好的技战术水平。本文主要通过运用逻辑分析法、文献资料法等一系列科研方法把当今流行的小篮球训练和对抗意识相结合进行分析,探究在小篮球训练中如何培养少年儿童的对抗意识。

In recent years,with the rapid development of our country sports enterprise,basketball has also shown a strong trend of development.Antagonistic training is an important part of basketball training.Through the scientific cultivation of antagonism consciousness,the seeds of antagonism consciousness can be planted in the hearts of children,so that they can play better skills and tactics in the future when they participate in basketball.In this paper,a series of scientific research methods,such as logical analysis method and literature data method,are used to combine the current popular small basketball training with the consciousness of confrontation,so as to explore how to cultivate children’s awareness of confrontation in little basketball training.
