摘要
目前,"健康和体育锻炼"再次被拉回大众视野,国家对民族大健康高度重视,增进体质健康水平、提高免疫力的最佳手段就是体育锻炼,大学生正处于人生的黄金期,体育锻炼会使他们受益终身。本文拟对大连外国语大学学生体育锻炼现状进行了解分析,对其锻炼习惯养成提出相关问题与思考及相应的对策,以期为学生体育锻炼活动提供有效解决途径。
At present,the health and physical exercise once again pulled back to the public vision.The state attaches great importance to the national health.The best way to improve physical health and immunity is physical exercise.College students are in the golden age of life,and physical exercise will benefit them for life.In this article,aim at an understanding and analysis of the current situation of physical exercise of students in Dalian University of Foreign languages,to develop their exercise habits and to think about relevant issues,propose corresponding countermeasures,in order to provide effective solutions to the physical activities of our students.
