功能性动作筛查在网球体能训练中的应用研究——以高校网球体能训练为例 被引量:1

摘要 随着国际上体育竞技赛事的不断发展,运动员取得优异成绩的原因不仅在于自身对运动技术的熟练掌握,更主要的原因在于运动员具备良好的体能。而良好的身体机能、身体素质、运动水平等专项体能的优化也十分重要,避免网球运动员因损伤风险与几率,影响运动成绩。FMS为功能性动作筛查,这项测试可以更加全面、客观地对网球运动员的专项体能进行测评,促进运动员个体体能的发展,纠正不良动作,改善运动员功能性的不足之处,进行针对性的干预。并且通过动能性动作筛查提升运动员的动作质量,降低运动员的损伤概率,有效监控运动员的合理运动,确保身体的稳定性、灵活性、功能性,从而为取得优异的成绩奠定良好的基础。笔者以高校网球训练为例,对功能性筛查在网球训练中的应用策略进行了探讨。 With the continuous development of international sports events,the reason for athletes to achieve outstanding results is not only their mastery of sports technology,but also their good physical fitness.The optimization of special physical fitness such as good physical function,physical quality and sports level is also very important to avoid the risk and probability of injury of tennis players and affect sports performance.FMS is a functional movement screening test,which can more comprehensively and objectively evaluate the special physical fitness of tennis players,promote the development of individual physical fitness of athletes,correct bad movements,improve the inadequacies of athletes’functionality,and carry out targeted interventions.In addition,the kinetic energy movement screening can improve the movement quality of athletes,reduce the injury probability of athletes,effectively monitor the reasonable movement of athletes,ensure the stability,flexibility and functionality of the body,so as to lay a good foundation for achieving excellent results.Taking college tennis training as an example,the author discusses the application strategy of functional screening in tennis training.
