摘要
就中长跑这项体育运动的性质而言,具有高负荷、运动量大的特征,训练后就会给人体带来了一定的疲劳感,因此这就要求教练员对中场跑训练后的恢复给予一定的重视,一方面保证人体机能处于健康状态;另一方面能够完成相关训练任务。基于以上,本文首先分析中长跑训练后产生疲劳的原因;提出中长跑训练后恢复方法,以供参考。
As far as the nature of middle-distance running is concerned,it is characterized by high load and large amount of exercise,which will bring some fatigue to the human body after training.Therefore,coaches are required to pay attention to the recovery of middle-distance running after training so as to ensure the health of human body.On the other hand,it can complete relevant training tasks.Based on the above,this paper first analyzes the causes of fatigue after middle and long distance running training.The recovery method after middle-long distance running training is put forward for reference.
