摘要
目的:通过对男子1000m皮划艇运动员训练大周期的生化指标的变化情况进行分析,探讨这些生化指标所反映出的有氧运动员机能状态、训练量及训练强度的适应情况,为教练员对运动员的训练指导提供科学依据。方法:随科研团队对运动员进行科技保障工作,了解山东省男子1000m皮划艇运动队的训练计划,对血红蛋白(HGB)、血尿素(BU)及血清肌酸激酶(CK)等做出跟踪记录并做出分析整理。结果:血红蛋白的含量有所变化,但总体变化比较平稳,并且血红蛋白的含量随着训练阶段的不同呈规律性变化;血尿素基础值高于血尿素含量的上限,但整个训练大周期中,血尿素含量保持在正常范围之内,变化较平稳;在冬训准备期,血清肌酸激酶偏高,随着冬训准备期的不断训练,机体逐渐恢复训练状态,血清肌酸激酶的活性值又回到正常范围。结论:血红蛋白(Hb)、血尿素(BU)和血清肌酸激酶(CK)随着训练阶段的不同,呈有规律的变化情况。并可及时反映运动员对训练量、训练强度以及负荷强度的适应情况。还促使教练员及时了解运动员的身体机能状态,从而科学地调整训练计划。
Objective:Through the analysis of the changes in the biochemical indicators of the men’s 1000-meter canoeing athletes during the major training cycle,the functional status,training volume and training intensity of aerobic athletes reflected by these biochemical indicators are discussed.The training guidance of athletes provides scientific basis.Method:Follow the scientific research team to carry out scientific and technological support for athletes,understand the training plan of the Shandong men’s 1000-meter kayaking team,and track hemoglobin(HGB),blood urea(BU)and serum creatine kinase(CK),etc.Record and analyze it.Results:The content of hemoglobin has changed,but the overall change is relatively stable,and the content of hemoglobin changes regularly with different training stages;the basic value of blood urea is higher than the upper limit of blood urea content,but during the whole training cycle,blood content of urea remained within the normal range,and the changes were relatively stable;during the preparation period for winter training,serum creatine kinase was high.With continuous training during the preparation period for winter training,the body gradually returned to the training state,and the activity value of serum creatine kinase returned to normal range.Conclusion:Hemoglobin(Hb),blood urea(BU)and serum creatine kinase(CK)show regular changes with different training stages.It can also reflect the athlete’s adaptation to the training volume,training intensity and load intensity in time.It also encourages coaches to understand the athlete’s physical function status in time,so as to scientifically adjust the training plan.
