HIIE与MICT对U14女子篮球运动员的实验研究

An Experimental Study on the Influence of HIIE and MICT on the Physical Quality and Special Techniques of U14 Female Basketball Players

摘要 从运动干预对U14女子篮球运动员身体素质和专项技术为出发点,探索高强度间歇训练与中等强度持续运动训练对U14女子篮球运动员训练适用。实验结果得出:两种训练方案均对U14女子篮球运动员的身体素质测试有提高,而HIIE训练比MICT训练效果明显,尤其针对速度素质测试项目上;在立定跳远、3/4场加速跑、15m×13折返跑存在显著差异,说明两种训练方法对U14篮球运动员的专项体能有提高作用,增加下肢爆发力及协调能力,且HIIE优于MICT训练效果;两种训练方案在对U14女子篮球运动员的专项技能测试上,HIIE训练有两项呈显著差异,而MICT训练仅一项呈显著差异。这说明这两种训练方案针对基本素质影响较大,对专项技能操作影响较小。HIIE训练贴近篮球场上变化,可提高运动员全场运球的推进速度和防守移动。 This paper explores the application of high intensity intermittent training and medium intensity continuous exercise training to U14 women basketball players from the starting point of sports intervention on their physical fitness and special techniques.The experimental results show that both training programs improve the physical fitness test of U14 women basketball players,and the HIIE training is more effective than the MICT training,especially for the speed quality test items;there are significant differences in standing long jump,3/4 accelerated run,15m×13 reverse run,indicating that the two training methods can improve the special physical ability of U14 basketball players and increase the explosive power of lower limbs.The HIIE of the two training programs showed significant differences in the special skills test for U14 female basketball players,while the MICT training showed significant differences in only one.This shows that the two training programs have a greater impact on basic quality and less on the operation of special skills.HIIE training is close to the changes on the basketball court,it can improve the advance speed and defensive movement of the players’full-court dribbling;there is no difference between the two training schemes on the five-step backward shooting test in the special skills,which is closely related to the athletes’specific shooting movements and psychological quality.
