体育暑假作业有效实施的研究

Research on the Effective Implementation of Summer Sports Homewor

布置体育家庭作业、寒暑假期作业已经成为每个学校体育工作的一部分,但在众多作业中,体育课后作业的完成情况远远达不到教师预想的效果,也没有起到实质性的影响力。如何让体育作业也能像别的作业一样,达到锻炼目的,起到提高体育成绩的作用,一直是笔者这些年研究的方向。经过2019年的暑假长达2个月的跟踪研究,终于有所收获。

The arrangement of sports homework,winter and summer vacation homework has become a part of every school’s sports work.However,among the many homework assignments,the completion of homework after physical education class is far from the results expected by the teacher,and has no substantive influence.How to make sports homework,like other homework,achieve the purpose of exercise,and play a role in improving sports performance,has been the author’s research direction in these years.After two months of follow-up research in the summer vacation of 2019,we finally got something.
