摘要
近年来,各高校为使学生德、智、体、美、劳全面发展,成为德艺双馨的现代人才,不断尝试将体育舞蹈引进校园,正是搭乘着这股热潮,体育舞蹈逐渐走进校园成为体育课堂的教学内容之一,并成功受到了教育部门的关注。体育舞蹈在高校体育教学中所发挥的功能很大一部分都取决于体育舞蹈教师的综合能力和自身素质,这就要求对于高校体育舞蹈教师全面改善能力模型给予一定的综合能力评判标准和借鉴。本文以促进体育舞蹈教学更优化并在高校体育教学中的功能得到更好的发挥为目标,对体育舞蹈教师综合能力模型进行初步界定。
In recent years,in order to make students develop morally,intellectually,physically,aesthetically and laboriously,and become modern talents with both morality and art,colleges and universities have been trying to introduce sports dance into the campus.It is precisely with this upsurge that sports dance gradually enters the campus and becomes one of the teaching contents of sports classroom,and has been successfully noticed by the education department.A large part of the function of sports dance in college sports teaching depends on the comprehensive ability and self quality of sports dance teachers,which requires a certain evaluation standard and reference for the comprehensive improvement ability model of sports dance teachers in colleges and universities.In order to promote the optimization of sports dance teaching and the better divergence of its functions in college sports teaching,this paper preliminarily defines the comprehensive ability model of sports dance teachers.
