安徽省大学生体育专业队女子足球运动发展调查研究

Investigation and Research on the Development of Women's Football of College Students'Sports Teams in Anhui Province

本文采用文献资料法、专家访谈法、调查问卷法、数理统计法等研究方法,通过对参加2016、2017年安徽省大学生女子足球联赛部分管理者、教练员进行访谈及对运动员进行调查问卷分析,探寻安徽省体育专业大学生女子足球运动发展现状。研究发现安徽省体育专业大学生女子足球运动缺乏参与主体,普及范围小,开展现状不容乐观;具有较高运动员等级水平的人员比例非常低,组队训练时间相对较短;仅有的女子足球队队员中,足球专项队员占比均值较低;训练比赛体制不健全,常态化足球课程次数少,训练计划不能有效开展,难以达到高强度比赛要求;缺乏完善的女子足球运动员培养体系;高校球队建设缺少良好的赛事交流平台,更缺乏校园足球运动开展的文化氛围,阻碍安徽省体育专业队女子足球运动发展。

By using the methods of literature,expert interview,questionnaire,mathematical statistics and other research methods,through the interviews of some managers and coaches who participated in the 2016 and 2017 Anhui college women’s Football League and the questionnaire analysis of the athletes,this paper explores the development status of women’s football of sports majors in Anhui Province.It is found that the female football of college students majoring in physical education in Anhui province lacks the main body of participation,the scope of popularization is small,and the current situation of development is not optimistic;the proportion of personnel with higher player level is very low,and the training time of team formation is relatively short;the average proportion of the only female football team members is low;the training competition system is not perfect,and the regular football curriculum is not perfect;the number of times is small,the training plan can not be carried out effectively,and it is difficult to meet the requirements of high-intensity competition;the lack of a perfect training system for women football players;the lack of a good competition exchange platform for the construction of university teams,and the lack of cultural atmosphere for the development of campus football,hindering the development of women’s football of Anhui Sports professional team.
