摘要
在体育训练过程中,由于训练运动大多数会存在比较激烈的动作和密切的身体接触,例如篮球和足球等体育运动,常常会造成运动员出现各种损伤,对身体造成的伤害会影响到身体的健康,严重的话甚至会出现骨折或者瘫痪等恶劣情况。因此,需要依据学生的身体素质和发展需求制订完善的训练计划,并加强学生的安全意识和健康教育,引导学生学习和掌握相关的防止伤害的方法。本文重点分析了体育训练中的防止伤害的具体策略,全面保障学生的身心健康发展。
In the process of sports training,because most of the training sports will have more intense movements and close physical contact,such as basketball and football sports,it will often cause various kinds of injuries to the athletes,and the injuries to the body will affect the health of the body,and even fracture or paralysis and other bad conditions will occur in serious cases.Therefore,it is necessary to make a perfect training plan according to students’physical quality and development needs,strengthen students’safety awareness and health education,and guide students to learn and master relevant methods to prevent injuries.This paper focuses on the analysis of the specific strategies to prevent injuries in physical training,to comprehensively ensure the physical and mental health of students.
