高校篮球课程改革的SWOT分析——以四川民族学院为例

SWOT Analysis of College Basketball Curriculum Reform--Take Sichuan Minzu College as an Example

篮球运动是高校大学生最喜爱的运动项目之一,高校篮球课程是提升高校篮球运动水平的重要课程,拓展体育教育专业学生就业渠道,为基层培养篮球教师和教练,推动基层篮球运动的发展。研究运用文献资料法、SWOT分析法,对四川民族学院的篮球课程进行深入分析,结果表明:篮球课程存在教学资源丰富、篮球运动师生参与度较高、篮球运动趣味性较强的优势;篮球课程存在教学思想和理念滞后、教与学矛盾突出、训练与比赛结合不紧密的劣势;篮球课程改革面临政策导向性强、资源调配充足的机遇;篮球课程改革面临改革目标与路径相矛盾、社会人才需求不断变化的挑战。

Basketball is one of the most favorite sports of college students.College basketball course is an important course to improve the level of college basketball.It can expand the employment channels of students majoring in physical education,cultivate basketball teachers and coaches for the grass-roots level,and promote the development of grass-roots basketball.By using the methods of literature review and SWOT analysis,this paper makes an in-depth analysis of the basketball course in Sichuan Minzu College.The results show that the basketball course has the advantages of rich teaching resources,high participation of teachers and students,and strong interest in basketball;The basketball course has the disadvantages of lagging behind in teaching ideas,prominent contradictions between teaching and learning,and not closely combining training and competition;The basketball curriculum reform is faced with the opportunities of strong policy orientation and adequate resource allocation;The basketball curriculum reform is facing the challenges of the contradiction between the reform goal and path,and the changing social talent demand.
