体育产业发展过程中人才需求类型及作用研究

Research on the Type and Function of Talent Demand in the Development of Sports Industry

本文采用访谈法、实地调查法等,对体育产业所需人才类型及其作用进行研究。现阶段关于体育产业发展人才需求类型的研究相对缺乏,对体育产业发展极其不利,研究明确提出当下体育产业发展所需的五类人才,即专业核心型人才、经营管理型人才、创新型人才、融合型人才和国际型人才,并且发现这五类人才对体育产业发展的作用是由内而外的。

By using the methods of interview and field investigation,this paper studies the types and functions of talents needed by sports industry.At present,there is a lack of research on the types of talent demand for the development of sports industry,which is extremely unfavorable to the development of sports industry.The research clearly puts forward five types of talents needed for the development of sports industry,namely,professional core talents,management talents,innovation talents,integration talents and international talents.It is found that the role of these five types of talents in the development of sports industry is from the inside out.
