跆拳道作为一项知名的亚洲武术,同时也是奥运项目之一,其从出现至今已有半个多世纪的发展历程。在此过程中,跆拳道的护具与规则同样也在不断发展变化,使得跆拳道运动的竞技性、观赏性等均得以逐渐强化。在这一背景下,本文将结合相关研究资料,重点对跆拳道护具的演变与发展以及跆拳道规则的嬗变进行简要分析研究,以期能够帮助人们深化对跆拳道运动的理解与认知。

Taekwondo,as a well-known Asian martial art,is also one of the Olympic events.It has developed for more than half a century since its emergence.In this process,the protective equipment and rules of Taekwondo are also constantly developing and changing,which makes the competitiveness and appreciation of Taekwondo gradually strengthened.In this context,this paper will focus on the evolution and development of Taekwondo protective equipment and the evolution of Taekwondo rules,in order to help people deepen the understanding and cognition of Taekwondo.
