产学协同的车辆工程专业培养模式研究

Research on the Training Mode of Vehicle Engineering Based on Industry-University Cooperation

紧密围绕社会经济发展需求,聚焦汽车产业科技进步趋势,以"立足京津冀,服务全中国"为主体目标,结合本校专业特色及实际情况,整合区域优势、企业资源,构建了产学协同的车辆工程专业新型培养模式。完善新模式下的专业培养方案,优化课程体系,凸显行业特色,培养适应企业需求的具备高工程素质和实践能力的创新型汽车人才。并通过设立反馈评价环节促进教学质量持续改进,科学贯彻了OBE教学理念。

In order to meet the needs of social and economic development,the trend of scientific and technological progress of automobile industry,the training mode of vehicle engineering needs to be improved urgently.Based on the school’s educational goal of"serving the whole China based on Beijing,Tianjin and Hebei",combined with the school’s professional characteristics and actual situation,integrated regional advantages and enterprise resources,a new training mode of vehicle engineering with industry-university collaboration has been constructed.By perfecting the professional training scheme and optimizing the course system under the new mode,innovative automobile talents with high engineering quality and practical ability to meet the needs of enterprises have been cultivated.By the establishment of evaluation feedback to promote the continuous improvement of teaching quality,the OBE teaching concept has been scientifically implemented.
