摘要
随着我国信息技术的迅速发展,我国教育领域开始进入信息时代。在这种新背景形势下,教师必须高度重视自身反思能力的培养,在教学过程中重构自己的知识与经验,以适应不断发展的教育改革。其中,教师反思能力的培养可从4个方面着手:一是要认识教学反思的价值,自觉加强反思的力度;二是要避免机械性教学反思,从多角度加强反思的程度;三是要掌握反思的方法,强化反思行动;四是要搞好配套,营造反思的氛围。基于此,该文进行具体的分析。
With the rapid development of information technology in China,the field of education in China has entered the information age.In this new situation,teachers must attach great importance to the cultivation of their reflective ability and reconstruct their knowledge and experience in the teaching process to adapt to the continuous development of education reform.Among them,the cultivation of teachers’reflective ability can start from four aspects:first,we should recognize the value of teaching reflection and consciously strengthen the strength of reflection;second,we should avoid mechanical teaching reflection and strengthen the degree of reflection from multiple angles;third,we should master the methods of reflection and strengthen the reflective action;fourth,we should do a good job in supporting and creating an atmosphere of reflection.
