摘要
以小学基础教育阶段的学生管理为目标,该文对柔性管理的运用展开了探究。以社会主义核心价值观为思想准则,从科学发展观的层面出发,重新定义小学班级管理工作,选择了符合当前小学生年龄特征、心理特点的方式与方法,将柔性管理融于其中,在最大限度上增强管理工作的有效性,为小学生的身心健康、综合能力全面发展奠定基础。
With the goal of student management at the elementary education stage of primary school,this article explores the application of flexible management.Taking the socialist core values as the ideological criterion,starting from the level of scientific development concept,redefining elementary school class management,choosing methods and methods that meet the current primary school students’age characteristics and psychological characteristics,incorporating flexible management into it,and maximizing enhancement.The effectiveness of management work lays a foundation for the overall development of pupils’physical and mental health and comprehensive ability.
