With the rapid progress of social economy,science and technology and culture,public library,as one of the important positions of public cultural service facilities,has attracted more and more attention and effective utilization.People have put forward more stringent requirements for public libraries,but also brought unprecedented opportunities and challenges for the development of the cause of libraries.The slow development of public libraries in the traditional service mode must seek new changes.This article focuses on the new opportunities brought by the Internet plus for public libraries,and studies the transformation and development path of public libraries,thus providing a strong basis for improving the library’s service level and service ability.
