高质量企业新型学徒制人才培养模式的探究

Research on the Personnel Training Mode of High-Quality Enterprises New Apprenticeships

随着信息化和智能制造的迅速发展,企业对高素质员工的需求日益增长。但是目前技能人才培养的数量和质量却与行业需求脱节严重,不利于行业发展。企业新型学徒制是一种适应经济社会发展和产业转型升级、符合企业需求的新型技能人才培养模式。为实现高质量企业新型学徒制人才培养,提高企业技能人才的综合素养,该文主要阐述了企业新型学徒制的背景、内涵,分析了实施过程中存在的问题,从人才培养方案的制定、教学内容的设置、师资队伍培养、学徒跟踪调查这4个方面探讨了提升企业新型学徒制培养质量的途径。

With the rapid development of information technology and intelligent manufacturing,the demand of enterprises for high quality staff is increasing day by day.But at present,the quantity and quality of skilled personnel training are seriously out of step with the industry,which is against industry development.The enterprises New Apprenticeship is a kind of personnel training mode of new skill talents adapting to socio-economic development and industrial transformation,conforming to enterprise demand.To realize the high-quality enterprises,improving the comprehensive quality of enterprise skilled personnel,this article mainly expounds the background and connotations of the enterprises New Apprenticeship,analyzes the problems we met in the performance.This article explores the ways of improving the quality of new apprenticeship from four aspects as followed:the establishment of personnel training mode,the setting of teaching content,teacher training,apprentice tracking survey.
