文化产业的高质量发展已经成为强国战略的重要组成部分,是国家软实力的重要体现,在区域经济社会发展中承担了多种功能。不同的区域由于资源禀赋和地缘政治地位不同,其所承担的国家区域功能分工不同。甘肃省作为西部的重要省份,在政治、经济、社会、生态方面的功能具有一定的特殊性。文化产业应在政治稳定、生态安全、社会和谐、民族团结等方面实现国家和区域发展战略相统一。

The high-quality development of cultural industry has become an important part of the strategies of making China stronger and undertaking a variety of functions in the regional economic and social development.Because of different resource endowments and geopolitics status,every region assumes special national and regional functions.As an important province in the west,Gansu Province has certain particularity in political,economic,social and ecological functions.The cultural industry should realize the unity of national and regional development strategy in the aspects of political stability,ecological security,social harmony and national unity.
