摘要
掺镱有源光纤的抗光子暗化性能是影响高功率光纤激光器长期功率稳定性的重要因素,研究共掺杂离子浓度对掺镱有源光纤的抗光子暗化性能的影响对高功率掺镱光纤激光器的研发有重要的意义。该文采用自制的具有不同Al^3+掺杂浓度的20/400掺镱有源光纤搭建1500 W激光输出的光纤振荡器,通过15天的持续烤机实验,研究Al^3+浓度对高功率掺镱有源光纤激光器长期功率稳定性的影响。研究表明,当Yb3+浓度为1.3 wt.%,Al^3+浓度为3.6 wt.%时,其斜效率最高为71.8%,掺镱有源光纤经过15天、1500 W烤机实验后,其激光输出功率无明显降低,未发生模式不稳定性,表现为优异的抗光子暗化性能。
In this paper,we use 20/400 ytterbium doped active fiber with different Al^3+concentration to build a 1500W laser output fiber oscillator.Through 15 days of continuous baking machine experiment,we studied the influence of Al^3+concentration on the long-term power stability of high-power ytterbium doped active fiber laser.The results show that when Yb3+concentration is 1.3 wt.%and Al^3+concentration is 3.6 wt.%,the highest skew efficiency is 71.8%.After 15 days of experiments in 1500 W toaster,the output power of Yb3+-doped active fiber does not decrease significantly,and there is no mode instability.
