云时代背景下的水利信息化安全措施研究

Research on Security Measures of Water Conservancy Informatization under the Background of Cloud Era

该文首先总结了我国当前云时代背景下水利信息化的应用意义,然后结合近年来水利信息化安全工作的实际落实情况提出其中存在的主要问题,最后针对完善水利信息化安全的措施展开探讨,并提出几点工作建议,包括创新水利信息资源管理工作理念、优化安全数据库、数据管理系统的统一规划与建设、构建信息安全文化及全面提高工作人员综合素养,以供参考。

This paper first summarizes the application significance of water conservancy informatization under the background of the current cloud era in China,and then puts forward the main problems in combination with the actual implementation of water conservancy information security work in recent years.Finally,it discusses the measures to improve the safety of water conservancy informatization,and puts forward some work suggestions,including innovation of water conservancy information resources management concept and optimization.The unified planning and construction of security database and data management system,the construction of information security culture and comprehensive improvement of staff’s comprehensive quality are for reference.
