摘要 目前,数控车床技术加工是制造业生产加工的最优选择,它可以有效保证企业的经济效益,提升产品生产的效率和合格率。但是数控车床加工环节复杂,受影响的因素较多,在实际加工中很容易产生误差,产品的加工精度不易控制,从而影响产品生产的效率和合格率,最终影响企业的经济收益。基于此,该文对数控车床技术、影响数控车床加工精度要素、优化数控车床加工精度的方法进行了探讨,旨在提升数控车床技术加工精度工艺,为制造业的发展添砖加瓦。 At present,CNC lathe technology processing is the best choice for the manufacturing industry.It can effectively ensure the economic benefits of enterprises and improve the efficiency and qualification rate of product production.But the CNC lathe processing link is complex,affected by many factors,it is easy to produce errors in the actual processing,the processing accuracy of the product is not easy to control,thus affecting the efficiency of product production and qualified rate,and ultimately affects the economic benefits of enterprises.Based on this,this paper discusses the NC lathe technology,the factors affecting the machining accuracy of NC lathe,and the methods of optimizing the machining accuracy of NC lathe,aiming to improve the machining accuracy of NC lathe technology,and contribute to the development of manufacturing industry.
