With the continuous development of information technology in China,the realization of modern management of hospital archives has become a key link to ensure the healthy operation of the hospital.The modern management of hospital archives is conducive to promoting the hospital to carry out various medical service activities.The improvement of the file management system directly affects the medical experience of patients and the construction of hospital image.This paper analyzes the importance of file management to hospital construction and the problems existing in hospital file management,and puts forward corresponding solutions,hoping to contribute to the construction of medical undertakings in China.
