Challenges and Strategies of Moral Education of Class Teachers in Higher Vocational Colleges in the New Era

随着高职教育的持续性发展,关于德育教育工作的方式方法要求也在随之提高。近些年受到各种外界因素和网络的不断发展,高职生生活的社会环境更加复杂,导致学生基础素养处于相对降低阶段,此时做好德育教育便显得格外重要。对此,该文简要分析新时期高职班主任德育工作面临的挑战与策略,希望可以为相关工作者提供理论性帮助。

With the continuous development of higher vocational education,the requirements for the methods and methods of moral education are also increasing.In recent years,due to the continuous development of various external factors and networks,the social environment of Higher Vocational Students’life is more complex,which leads to the students’basic literacy at a relatively low stage,so it is particularly important to do a good job in moral education.In this regard,this paper briefly analyzes the challenges and strategies of moral education faced by class teachers in Higher Vocational Colleges in the new period,hoping to provide theoretical help for relevant workers.
