基于“职教20条”对高职院校护理专业“双师型”教师的思考和研究 被引量:2

摘要 职业教育是国民教育体系和人力资源开发的重要组成部分,是推动产业转型升级、促进就业创业、实现高质量发展的强大动力。2019年1月国务院印发了《国家职业教育改革实施方案》,即"职教20条",其中明确提出在高职院校应"加大双师型教师队伍的建设",而该文着重从高职院校护理专业出发,笔者以护理专业教师和附属医院护士的双重角色出发,浅谈如何在护理专业做好双师型教师的建设,建立起一支优秀的护理专业双师型队伍,为国家社会的医疗卫生事业提供保障。 Vocational education is an important part of the national education system and human resource development,and it is a powerful power to promote industrial transformation and upgrading,promote employment and entrepreneurship,and achieve high-quality development.In January 2019,the State Council issued the Implementation Plan of National Vocational Education Reform,i.e."20 vocational education items",which clearly proposed that"increase the construction of dual teacher team"in higher vocational colleges.This paper focuses on the starting point of nursing major in higher vocational colleges.The author starts from the dual roles of nursing professional teachers and nurses in affiliated hospitals,and discusses how to do a good job of dual teacher in nursing major in order to provide guarantee for the medical and health service of the country and society,we should establish an excellent double division nursing team.
