试论就业导向下的高校公共英语教学改革策略

On the Reform Strategies of College Public English Teaching under the Employment Orientation

高校作为人才培养基地,就要从行业人才需求出发进行人才培养。但是,目前也存在一种现象,高校每年都输出大量的人才,而各个行业依然存在人才缺乏的问题。高校学生的就业存在专业不对口的问题,学生的专业不能得到有效应用。为了保持当前高校毕业生的高就业率,同时提高学生的就业水平,在高校公共英语教学中就需要发挥就业导向作用,实施教学改革,这是促进学生就业的重要途径。该论文着重于就业导向下的高校公共英语教学改革策略进行了研究。

As a talent training base,colleges and universities must start from the needs of industry talents for talent training.However,there is also a phenomenon that colleges and universities export a large number of talents every year,and there is still a shortage of talents in various industries.The employment of college students has the problem of unmatched majors,and students’majors cannot be effectively used.In order to maintain the current high employment rate of college graduates and improve the employment level of students,it is necessary to play an employment-oriented role in college public English teaching and implement teaching reforms.This is an important way to promote student employment.This dissertation focuses on the research of employment-oriented reform strategies for college public English teaching.
