小儿感冒风热证中医治疗研究概况

Research Progress of Treating Infantile Common Cold with Wind-heat Syndromeby Chinese Medicine

小儿感冒是儿科临床最常见的疾病之一,中医证型主要包括风寒证、风热证、暑热证、时疫证,并有夹痰、夹滞、夹惊等兼证,其中以风热证为多。中医治疗小儿感冒具有疗效确切、不良反应少、易被家属接受的独特优势。文章整理近五年中医药治疗小儿感冒风热证的相关研究及经验报道,并从内治法、外治法两个方面进行综述,以期为小儿感冒的研究提供一定思路。

Einfantile common cold is one of the most common clinical diseases in pediatrics,it s Traditional Chinese medicinesyndromes can be devided into wind-cold syndrome,wind-heat syndrome,summer-heatsyndrome and seasonal epidemic syndrome,and accompanying patterns with phlegm,food-retention and frightening or convulsion.Wind-heat syndrome is the most common one.Traditional Chinese medicine is effective in treating infantile common cold,has lower side effects,and is easily accepted by family members.It has unique advantages.This article summarizes the relevant research and experience reports of using traditional Chinese medicine to treat infantile common cold with wind-heat syndrome in the past five years,and introduces it from two aspects:internal treatment and external treatment,providing some ideas for further research on infantile common cold disease.
