摘要
采用改进切片法建立双列圆柱滚子轴承摩擦功耗计算模型,在此基础上建立双列圆柱滚子轴承传热模型,基于有限元方法分析轴承温度场分布,并用试验法进行验证。某机车用双列圆柱滚子轴承的分析结果表明:轴承温度分布的仿真结果与试验误差不超过10%;外圈温度随速度增加而升高;纯径向载荷下,越靠近承载区,外圈温度越高。
The friction power consumption calculation model of double row cylindrical roller bearings is established by improved slicing method.On this basis,the heat transfer model of the bearings is established,the temperature field distribution of the bearings is analyzed by finite element method,and the test method is used to verify.The analysis results of double row cylindrical roller bearings for a locomotive show that the error between simulation results and test results of temperature distribution of the bearings is less than 10%;the temperature of outer rings increases with increase of speed;under pure radial load,the closer to load zone,the higher the temperature of outer rings.
