摘要
针对分离型金属实体保持架铆钉孔加工的难点和现有加工方法的不足进行分析,通过在MINI加工中心设备上采用硬质合金变径钻头单片加工铆钉孔,实现每2个单片保持架任意组合成一组保持架,达到铆钉孔万能组配的效果。通过工艺试验验证,改变后的加工方法合理可行,提高了铆钉孔加工精度和产品合格率。
The difficulties in processing of rivet holes of separable metal solid cages and shortcomings of existing processing method are analyzed.The rivet holes are processed by using carbide variable diameter drill on MINI machining center equipment,two single pieces are arbitrarily combined into a cage,so as to achieve universal assembly.Through process test verification,the improved processing method is reasonable and feasible,improving processing accuracy of rivet holes and qualification rate of products.
