摘要 为研究Sommerfeld数对气体动压轴承动力学特性参数的影响,根据气体动压轴承的主要几何参数及运行参数,基于DyRoBes-Beperf软件建立气体动压轴承的计算模型,分析Sommerfeld数对偏心率、最小气膜厚度、最大气膜压力、摩擦功耗、刚度和阻尼的影响。结果表明:随Sommerfeld数的增大,偏心率逐渐减小,最小气膜厚度、最大气膜压力及摩擦功耗均有所增大,直径刚度先减小后增大,直径阻尼逐渐减小;存在一个临界Sommerfeld数,当Sommerfeld数低于该临界值时,转速对最大气膜压力影响较大,当Sommerfeld数高于临界值时,转速对最大气膜压力影响较小。 In order to study the influence of Sommerfeld number on dynamic characteristic parameters of aerodynamic bearings,according to main geometric parameters and operating parameters of the bearings,the calculation model of the bearings is established based on DyRoBes-Beperf software,and the influence of Sommerfeld number on eccentricity,minimum gas film thickness,maximum gas film pressure,friction power consumption,stiffness and damping is analyzed.The results show that with the increase of Sommerfeld number,the eccentricity decreases,the minimum gas film thickness,maximum gas film pressure and friction power consumption increase,the diameter stiffness decreases first and then increases,and the diameter damping decreases gradually;There is a critical Sommerfeld value,when Sommerfeld number is lower than the critical value,the speed has a greater impact on maximum gas film pressure,when Sommerfeld number is higher than the critical value,the speed has a smaller impact on maximum gas film pressure.
