帕金森疲劳程度量表的汉化及信效度检验

Chinese version of Parkinson Fatigue Scale and its reliability and validity test

[目的]对帕金森疲劳程度量表(PFS⁃16)进行汉化,并验证该量表的信效度。[方法]采用Brislin模式对PFS⁃16量表进行翻译,应用德尔菲法对量表内容进行专家函询,形成中文版PFS⁃16量表。抽取安徽省4所三级甲等医院200例帕金森病病人进行问卷调查,检验中文版PFS⁃16量表的信效度。[结果]中文版PFS⁃16量表Cronbach'sα系数为0.91,各维度的Cronbach'sα系数分别为0.74,0.78,0.72;总量表的折半信度为0.84;重测信度为0.89。量表水平的内容效度指数(S⁃CVI)为0.95,条目水平的内容效度指数(I⁃CVI)为0.83~1.00。探索性因子分析提取3个公因子,累计方差贡献率为74.13%。[结论]中文版PFS⁃16量表具有良好的信度和效度,可用于帕金森病病人疲劳程度的测量。

Objective:To translate the Parkinson Fatigue Scale(PFS⁃16)into Chinese and test its reliability and validity.Methods:Chinese version of PFS⁃16 was formed by translation and experts consults.The Brislin model was used to translate the PFS⁃16.And the Delphi method was used to conduct expert inquiries on the contents of the scale.The reliability and validity of Chinese version of PFS⁃16 were tested by means of questionaire among 200 Parkinson's disease patients from 4 tertiary grade A hospitals in Anhui province.Results:The Cronbach'sαcoefficient of Chinese version of PFS⁃16 was 0.91,and the Cronbach'sαcoefficients of all dimensions were 0.74,0.78,0.72.Split⁃half reliability of the scale was 0.84.And the retest reliability of the scale was 0.89.The average scale⁃level content validity index(S⁃CVI/Ave)was 0.95.And the item⁃level content validity index(I⁃CVI)of each item ranged from 0.83 to 1.00.Exploratory factor analysis extracted 3 common factors,whose cumulative contribution of variance was 74.13%.Conclusion:The Chinese version of PFS⁃16 has good reliability and validity,which can be used as a tool for measuring the fatigue level of Parkinson's disease patients.
