碘量法测定阳极铜中的铜量

摘要 阳极铜是铜电解的重要产品,如何快速准确地测定铜的含量,对于阴极铜的生产具有重要的现实意义。称取样品3.0g,试样经硝酸分解后,重量比称取适量的溶液,加入尿素,加入饱和乙酸铵溶液调节酸度,用饱和氟化氢铵掩蔽铁,淀粉溶液为指示剂,用硫代硫酸钠标准滴定溶液进行滴定,建立了碘量法测定阳极铜中铜的分析方法。用重量比代替体积比分取合适的溶液,进行了铜测定的条件试验:乙酸铵饱和溶液用量、氟化氢铵饱和溶液用量、碘化钾用量、乙酸铅用量、硫氰酸钾用量对测定铜的影响,并对98.5%~99.6%的样品进行了多次测定,RSD在0.042%~0.058%之间,加标回收率在99.91%~100.16%,表明方法用于阳极铜中铜含量的测定准确度高、精密度好。 Anode copper is an important product of copper electrolysis.How to determine the content of copper quickly and accurately has important practical significance for the production of cathode copper.Take samples 3.0g said,after the samples were decomposed by nitric acid,weight ratio according to proper solution,adding urea,join saturated ammonium acetate solution to adjust the acidity,hidden iron with saturated ammonium hydrogen fluoride,starch solution as an indicator,titration with sodium thiosulfate standard titration solution,iodine quantity method is established the analysis method of the determination of copper in copper anode.Substitute lighter than score take appropriate solution volume,the conditions for the determination of copper test:ammonium acetate saturated solution dosage,the dosage of saturated solution of ammonium hydrogen fluoride,potassium iodide dosage,the dosage of lead acetate,the dosage of potassium thiocyanate influence on the determination of copper,and the repeated sample is 98.5% ~ 99.6%,RSD between 0.042% ~ 0.058%,standard addition recovery rate from 99.91% ~ 100.16%,shows that method is used for the determination of copper content in anode copper with high accuracy and good precision.
