高职院校“专业+”创新创业教育模式的构建研究

Research on the Construction of "Specialty +" Innovation and Entrepreneurship Education Model in Higher Vocational Colleges

在大众创业、万众创新的时代感召下,为创新驱动发展战略提供人才支撑,高职院校应开展创新创业教育。然而我国创业教育存在观念落后、形式单一、管理不足、与专业教育脱节等问题。因此,应将创业教育与专业教育深度融合、贯穿人才培养全过程,从理念、策略和保障3个维度构建高职院校"专业+"创新创业教育模式。通过改革人才培养方案、课程体系、教学模式,拓展第二课堂,健全管理保障等途径,培育学生创新创业精神和能力,提高人才培养质量,服务战略发展。

Inspired by the era of mass entrepreneurship and innovation,higher vocational colleges should carry out innovative entrepreneurship education to provide talent support for innovation-driven development strategy.However,there are some problems in Entrepreneurship Education in China,such as backward concept,single form,inadequate management,and disconnection from professional education.Therefore,entrepreneurship education should be deeply integrated into professional education and run through the whole process of talent cultivation.In this paper,the " Specialty +" innovative entrepreneurship education model of higher vocational colleges is proposed,which is constructed from three dimensions of concept,strategy and guarantee.Some ways are raised,such as reforming the talent cultivation program,curriculum system and teaching mode,expanding the second classroom and improving management guarantee,in order to foster students’ innovative spirit and ability of entrepreneurship.Thus,the quality of personnel training and serving development can be improved.
